What this product does
SG MACD Forecast PRO for MetaTrader 4 is a premium statistical forecasting indicator built for traders who want more than a conventional MACD crossover.
The indicator identifies bullish and bearish MACD regimes and studies how price historically behaved after comparable conditions. It stores those historical movements in a configurable statistical memory and converts them into a forward-looking price projection directly on the MT4 chart.
The forecast is presented as three projected paths: an Upper Forecast Boundary, a Median Forecast Path and a Lower Forecast Boundary. Together they create a visual statistical scenario for the active MACD regime.
When the selected MACD regime changes on a confirmed closed bar, SG MACD Forecast PRO can display a BUY FORECAST or SELL FORECAST marker and trigger Popup, Sound, Push and Email notifications.
A professional SG Trade Pro dashboard summarizes the current symbol and timeframe, bullish or bearish regime, historical directional alignment, available memory samples and projected median price.

HOW IT WORKS
Understand the logic before you buy
1. MACD REGIME DETECTION
The indicator evaluates the selected MACD condition using either MACD relative to the zero line or MACD relative to its signal line. This determines the active bullish or bearish regime.
2. HISTORICAL MEMORY
For previous bullish and bearish regimes, SG MACD Forecast PRO records how far price moved from the regime starting price at each later bar. Bullish and bearish histories are stored separately.
3. STATISTICAL FORECAST
At each available forecast horizon, the indicator calculates historical percentile values from the stored price movements. The default model uses the 80th percentile for the Upper path, the 50th percentile for the Median path and the 20th percentile for the Lower path.
4. CONFIRMED FORECAST SIGNAL
A BUY FORECAST or SELL FORECAST marker is generated when the selected MACD regime changes on a completed bar. The signal therefore uses closed-bar information rather than an unfinished current candle.
5. HISTORICAL ALIGNMENT
The dashboard measures how often historical samples at the available forecast horizon moved in the same direction as the active MACD regime. This is displayed as Historical Alignment %. It is descriptive historical information, not a guaranteed probability of success.
6. ALERT SYSTEM
A confirmed regime change can trigger MT4 Popup, Sound, Push Notification and Email alerts according to the user's Inputs.
7. READING THE PROJECTION
The Median path is the central historical projection. The Upper and Lower paths form the statistical forecast envelope. Traders can use the projection together with price structure, risk management and their own trading plan.
